🖼️ Custom Photo Magnets

All custom photo magnets are made just for you, based on the photos and details you provide. Because these are personalized, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please double-check your photo and customization details before submitting.
If your order arrives with a printing error or damage, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number, and we’ll be happy to help!

🎁 Pop Mart (Sealed or Identified)

Some Pop Mart boxes may be opened only to identify the character via the included card, but the inner foil bags remain fully sealed and untouched. This allows us to confirm the figure while keeping the product in brand-new condition.

All items are authentic and sold as-is, exactly as received from Pop Mart.
We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, duplicates, or manufacturer-related issues (such as paint flaws, misprints, or minor box wear).
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.

We’ll gladly fix the issue if:

• You received the wrong item or size (different from what you ordered)
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• There’s a printing or design error caused by us

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can make it right.

When We Can’t Accept Returns or Exchanges

Because each magnet is made to order and each Pop Mart item is either factory-sealed or carefully opened only to confirm the character, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• You ordered the wrong size
  • You changed your mind
  • You don’t like the fit or style
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
• You received a duplicate figure
  • You don't like the style, character or variant
  • Minor packaging imperfections or factory flaws (e.g., paint errors, box dents)

All figures are authentic and sold as-is, exactly as received from Pop Mart. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos. We also aim our best to provide accurate size charts and product previews to help you pick the right photo magnets the first time, so please review carefully before placing your order.

Please note that we are not affiliated with Pop Mart. All products are sold as-is based on how they were received from the brand.

If you believe there was a mistake with your order:

1. Email us at info@forallmankind.online within 7 days of delivery

2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

3. We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible

If approved, we’ll offer you a replacement or refund—no extra cost to you.
