We take pride in offering 100% authentic Pop Mart products, purchased directly from official sources such as Pop Mart PopNow. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Because our items are factory-sealed collectibles, we are unable to open, inspect, or guarantee the internal condition of the product beyond its original packaging. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Items are sold as-is, in sealed condition as received from Pop Mart.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to manufacturing defects, minor packaging imperfections, or buyer's remorse.
If an item arrives damaged in transit (e.g., crushed box), please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.
We encourage all customers to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before placing an order.
